ABOUT MARK

I have over 20 years of experience of working in the hospitality industry and I am a personal licence holder. My experience is vast from running bars & restaurants to managing the kitchen including cooking as I have several catering qualification including level 4 in Catering & Hospitality management and Level 4 in Learning & Development.

I am currently working on my new book which is titled

MY SERVICES

HOSPITALITY CONSULTANT

I advise businesses on all aspects of the sector, including driving sales, promotion and advertisement, health and safety, food hygiene, training and licensing legislation. I liaise with local authority departments such as environmental health, licensing and the police on a consultant basis. My consultancy work also includes ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and local authorities, in line with current legislation.

PRIVATE CHEF

I am available to hire as a private chef for dinner parties in your own home. I offer a truly bespoke dining service, catering to your individual needs.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

I provide planning and event management services for weddings, christenings, funerals, birthday parties, bah mitzva's and corporate events.
